What does the boot camp investment of $197 include?

How long is the online bootcamp?

The boot camp is six weeks plus an additional week in the event you fall behind on your assignments and videos.

How does the bootcamp work?

The bootcamp starts the NEXT day after your purchase. (if you buy on Monday (no matter the time of day), “Day 1” of the bootcamp will be Tuesday morning.

You will be emailed videos (also accessible through the online Member Portal after you sign into your account on the site) and assigned action items at various times throughout the 6 weeks.

The videos and assigned action items are spread out over the 6 weeks and given to you at the appropriate time to ensure you do not get too far ahead of yourself and to avoid overwhelming you with too many “to do” items.

During the times where there is no new video content, you will be using this time to work on implementing the assigned action items. These are also the times to utilize the online community you will have access to, so that you can keep yourself accountable and network with other members on your same journey.

At the end of 7 weeks (as mentioned above, there is one extra week included in the event you fall slightly behind), the bootcamp will conclude and you will have all the knowledge needed to combine with a strategy to continue on in getting gains in health and maintaining them. You will lose access to the online videos and material.

If you would like to stay connected to the online community, you can do so by signing up for a monthly or yearly membership.

What will I need to access and complete the bootcamp?

You only need a computer/phone/tablet with an internet connection and an email account.

Do I need any equipment to complete the bootcamp?

Maybe. That depends on your situation. Part of the bootcamp will be me guiding you through various options so you can decide what you need or don’t need.

Do I need to purchase any shakes or supplements to participate in the bootcamp?

No! While I will talk about a few supplement options, they are by no means required to participate in the bootcamp. The only requirement for success is your commitment to the strategy.

Do I have to follow a strict meal plan?

No, I would not use the word ‘strict’! There is a food strategy that needs to be followed; however, the boundaries are wide and allow for maximum freedom. I will teach you everything needed to ensure you stay within the boundaries

Am I required to participate in the online community?

While I do encourage you get involved and participate, this is NOT a requirement. If you prefer to just observe, that is fine.

Can I join the community without going through the bootcamp?

No. To ensure everyone is taking the same pathway to accomplish the goal of getting and staying healthy, it is required that you first go through the bootcamp.

How long do I have access to the content and community?

The boot camp is 6 weeks, but I give an additional week in case you fall behind on assignments and videos. In total, you have access for 7 weeks. At the end, you will have the choice to stay connected with the community which will also continue to give you access to all content and material.

What do I do if I need help?

If you have a question or need feedback you can find me in the online community! Who knows, maybe what you’re wondering has already been answered/discussed. That’s the power of an online support group!

What if I am located outside of the USA?

That’s fine. Health is a universal concern, so people from all countries are welcome.
