The only thing required from you is your desire to learn and apply a proven strategy that will gain back your health. Whether you have experience in the fitness world or no experience at all, this bootcamp is mainly about jumpstarting your new lifestyle. Yes, my goal is to get you results, but my primary goal is to help you build behavior patterns that will maintain all the results you gain. How long is the online bootcamp?
The boot camp is six weeks plus an additional week in the event you fall behind on your assignments and videos.
How does the bootcamp work?
What will I need to access and complete the bootcamp?
You only need a computer/phone/tablet with an internet connection and an email account.
Do I need any equipment to complete the bootcamp?
Maybe. That depends on your situation. Part of the bootcamp will be me guiding you through various options so you can decide what you need or don’t need.
Do I need to purchase any shakes or supplements to participate in the bootcamp?
No! While I will talk about a few supplement options, they are by no means required to participate in the bootcamp. The only requirement for success is your commitment to the strategy.
Do I have to follow a strict meal plan?
No, I would not use the word ‘strict’! There is food strategy that needs to be followed; however, the boundaries are wide and allow for maximum freedom. I will teach you everything needed to ensure you stay within the boundaries.
Am I required to participate in the online community?
While I do encourage you get involved and participate, this is NOT a requirement. If you prefer to just observe, that is fine.
Can I join the community without going through the bootcamp?
No. To ensure everyone is taking the same pathway to accomplish the goal of getting and staying healthy, it is required that you first go through the bootcamp.
How long do I have access to the content and community?
The boot camp is 6 weeks, but I give an additional week in case you fall behind on assignments and videos. In total, you have access for 7 weeks.
What do I do if I need help?
If you have a question or need feedback you can find me in the online community! Who knows, maybe what you’re wondering has already been answered/discussed. That’s the power of an online support group!
What if I am located outside of the USA?
That’s fine. Health is a universal concern, so people from all countries are welcome.
I want to become a bodybuilder, will this help?
No! Honestly, the “body building lifestyle” is about as unhealthy as you can get. My strategy will help you build muscle and a toned body; however, the goal here is to be healthy, not look like a steroidal bodybuilder.
Is this for males or females?
Both! Remember, the central theme of the strategy is one word: simple. It is not complicated to the point of only being designed for male or female. Everyone can benefit from simplicity!
